Delivery Time
Standard delivery is 25–35 working days after receiving the advance payment. For customized machines, delivery time may be adjusted accordingly.

Free service for 24 months (including parts replacement due to quality problems).
Paid service for the whole machine lifetime, covering spare parts and on-site support if required.
Installation & Training
If customers visit our factory, we will provide face-to-face training for machine installation, operation, and maintenance.
For overseas installation, we can dispatch professional technicians to the customer’s site for guidance. The buyer will cover visa, round-trip tickets, accommodation, and labor costs.
Remote technical support is always available through video calls, emails, or online tools.
